* Works generally include full labour and material takeoffs of build however quotes from subcontractors can also be sourced if required for full BOQ construction.

Home Owner

Consultation & Assessment

$250 inc GST, for 1.5 hour session

$85 per hour for report of professional opinion and/or quote for cost of construction works.

* Estimated time frames can be provided prior to initial consultation.

Insurance

BOQ & Report

$250 inc GST, for assessment and pricing of minor claims.

$85 per hour for claims require more than 1.5 hours



$0.85 per km for travel + hourly rates apply.
